· 1 pound pork
· 2 cloves garlic minced
· 1/2 tsp. coriander
· 4 tsp. vegetable oil
· 1 tbsp. sugar
· 1 tbsp. Braggs Amino Acids or soy sauce
· 1/2 tsp. oyster sauce
· 1/2 tsp. corn starch
· 1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
· 1/2 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
· 1/3 cup coconut milk
Slice the pork into thin pieces about 1 inch wide.
Mix the minced garlic, white pepper, and ground coriander together and add the sliced pork, mixing well.
Add 1/3 cup stirred coconut milk, sugar, Braggs, oyster sauce, corn starch, and 1 tsp. vegetable oil
Mix all the ingredients with the pork by hand and marinate the pork for 3-4 hours or overnight
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Skewer the meat and grill on medium-high heat using 1 tbsp. vegetable oil to brush the grill.
Grill for 7-8 minutes per side, basting with the remaining marinade while cooking. Serve hot.
