
Ingredients:
· Half pound of bacon chopped
· 1/2 large sweet onion diced
· 1 red pepper diced
· One can pork and beans
· One can red kidney beans
· One can great northern beans
· One can butter beans
· 3/4 cup ketchup
· 1/4 cup brown sugar
· 1 Tbsp coarse ground mustard
Instructions:
Fry chopped bacon until crispy, remove from pan and cook the onion and pepper in the bacon grease until onion is translucent. Then drain.
Pour all the beans into a pan adding the bacon, onions, and pepper. Add the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, adjusting the measurements as you go to taste.
Bake in the oven at 350F/160C for one hour.
