Purchase two beautiful Tomahawk Steaks, or a steak of your choice.
Liberally season both sides with garlic salt and Cavenders Greek Seasoning. Place into a large zipper storage bag and store in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the refrigerator two hours before cooking.
Grill over open fire, griller, or smoker until internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.

· Medium rare 130-135F
· Medium 140-145F
· Medium well 150-155F
· Well 160F
Cut the meat from the bone and slice against the grain and serve.
